MultiDrill Chart
This is the N4V FOR WEBI Wiki page for the MultiDrill Chart widget.
Updated for N4V 2025.2.10
Render
Description
- Visualization of 1 to 5 measures that can be rendered as Lines, Areas, Columns, Bars, depending on the type of chart chosen.
- Select 1 to 5 dimensions and up to 5 measures.
- Each dimension is drillable to descend into the lower category (up to 4 sub-levels can be defined).
- A pre-calculated measure in Webi (rate, distinct count, etc.) can be passed as input. When used, the measure is provided in the form of as many indicators as there are drill levels (dimensions). For example, to display a distinct count on 3 drill levels, the “count” measure will be calculated in Webi in 3 indicator type variables (count for level 1, count for level 2, count for level 3) and these 3 indicators will be passed to the MultiDrill element in the area provided for this purpose. The N4V engine will then not perform any aggregation on these measures; they will be displayed as is.
- Ability to use the linked elements functionality on this chart.
