Description
- Display a cursor to be able to dynamically vary two variables of the report (for a filter of type 'between' for example).
- Requires creating / initializing two dimension type variables ([Var1] = [10] for example) to use in this component.
- Then create two numeric variables (= toNumber ([var1])) to use in the report.
- If you want to use decimals in the slider, adjust the measure precision in the settings (0 by default)
Parameter
- Dimension 1 : Variable used for the first value chosen.
- Dimension 2 : Variable used for the second value chosen
- Step : Variable used for the step of the slider.
- Min : Variable used for the min value (start scale) of the slider.
- Max : Variable used for the max value (end scale) of the slider.

For the double slider, the available parameters are :
Extended parameters
- Global
- Title of the chart : This common parameter is described here → Chart title
- Background color : This setting allows you to choose the type of colorization for the background of the graph. Several styles and colors are available.
- Thousand separator : This setting allows you to define a thousand separator between space, comma or dot for all the numerical values of the graph.
- Animation : This setting allows you to choose the type of animation sought during the initial display of the graph.
- Design
- Slider design : This setting allows you to define the shape, orientation and direction desired for the slider.
- Slider colors : This setting allows you to define the area to be colored, the desired colors of range, cursor, background and border.
- Tooltip
- Label font : Set here the font of the tooltip label
- Mouving tooltip : This setting allows you to display or not the mouving tooltip and define the color of background and border of it.
- Fixed position label : This setting allows you to display the value in a specific fixed positionning label.
- Options
- Slider graduations : This setting allows you to display the graduation or not and to define its density.
- Graduations colors : Set here the colors of large/intermediate/small pips
- Graduations fonts : Set here the fonts of large/small values
- Ranges
- Limit between values : This setting allows you to define a type of limit (either the minimum between two values or the maximum between two values) as well as the value of this limit.
- Measure
- Measure properties : This setting allows you to define the measure properties (unit & precision).
