[[fr:html_panel|{{:wiki:flag_fr.png?45 }}]] ====== N4V Panel - HTML Export ====== ===== User Extension ===== The User Extension gives the Webi user access to the N4V HTML Export. {{:wiki:Exp_HTML_1.png?nolink|}} ===== Using the N4V HTML Export ===== * Display the N4V HTML Export in the N4V panel. * Three types of export are possible: * Complete export of the current report (current page) * Single export of a report element from the list presented * Single export of a selected report element ==== HTML Export of the Current Report ==== * When the "Export HTML Report" panel is displayed, you can download a zip archive of the current page of the current report. * A few options are available regarding the HTML export. * The Webi report is not centered within a full HTML page (Webi default). We therefore offer you the option to automatically center your exported HTML report. * To streamline the design of your Webi report HTML export, you can include a short guide (Wiki) in the export describing all the steps to complete the automatic publication of your report in HTML. * By default, a Webi report is not responsive (it does not adapt to the different screen sizes on which the report will be displayed). This option allows you to make your export responsive by defining the positioning and desired behavior of elements when the screen size changes. * Within the archive, an "index.html" file contains the current report. * Each N4V element is also exported in HTML format (with the data). It is integrated into the archive. * You can unzip and view the "index.html" file in your browser. * For security reasons related to your browser, navigation will not work between report elements. The report must be integrated into a web application server (Tomcat, Apache, etc.) for interactivity to work. {{:wiki:Exp_HTML_1.png?nolink|}} ==== HTML Export of a List Item ==== * When the "List of Exportable Items" panel is displayed, a list of all the elements in the current report that can be exported to HTML is presented. * Each element is presented by its name (Webi block) and type (Webi Table, N4V Element, etc.). * You can then click the download icon for the desired element. * The HTML file for the selected element is then downloaded to your computer. * You can open this file directly on your computer (in your Chrome/Edge browser, etc.). * The element's data and interactivity are embedded in the HTML. {{:wiki:Exp_HTML_2.png?nolink|}} ==== HTML Export of a Selected Element ==== * When the "Select an element to export" panel is displayed, select an element from the current report (feature only working on SAPBI 4.3SP4+). * The element is presented by its name (Webi block) and type (Webi Table, N4V Element, etc.). * If the element is exportable, the "Selected Element" section is updated, and you can then click the download icon. * The HTML file of the selected element is then downloaded to your computer. * You can open this file directly on your computer (in your Chrome/Edge browser, etc.). * The element's data and interactivity are embedded in the HTML. {{:wiki:Exp_HTML_3.png?nolink|}}
