  * Display a button to display all the webi report (only the current tab, not all the document) in FullScreen mode.
  * The dimension provided (technically mandatory) is not used (use for example a dimension = [empty]).
  * The FullScreen mode must be used only in viewing mode (not during edition mode) of the report.
