[[fr:format_export_cms|{{:wiki:flag_fr.png?45 }}]] ====== Export CMS (XLSX) Feature ====== **Updated for N4V 2026.3.6** ===== Description ===== * Export the Need4Viz component dataset into an XLSX file loaded directly in the SAPBI CMS (set by your N4V administrator in the configuration of the N4V engine) * If you need to export the dataset in an XLSX file (refreshed periodically) sourced by other Webi report, this feature will give you some great possibilities. ===== Server Configuration ===== Ask your Need4Viz Administrator to set the configuration through the N4V Web Administration Console to activate the export CMS (XLSX). * To enable the Export CMS settings in the chart, you need to set **export_CMS** to "true" * Define the host CMS (DNS, protocol, port) in the configuration * Set the SAPBI user used to export the XLSX in the CMS. The user must have enough rights to read/write into the destination folders (enterprise and/or personal folders) * Set the password of the user through the N4V Web Admin Console, the password will be securely encrypted (it cannot be set manually in the config.js file without encryption) ===== Parameters ===== ==== XLSX ==== * **General** * //Automatically export the chart// : Check the box to export automatically in the CMS the dataset in XLSX format each time it is refreshed * //Name of the generated target XLSX file// : Name of the destination file in the CMS.
